Ashley was two months premature and weighed 2lbs 8 pounds, 8 ounces. She was in ICU for a month. She was informed by her parents at the time of the Christmas Day that she would have to undergo heart surgery. Christmas Day was the day the doctors verified to her parents what they had been praying for when she visited the hospital. She was discharged and her parents were told. Ashley wasn't in need of surgery. She weighed 4 1/2 pounds. Ashley was released from the hospital following two stays in hospital. Since then, she's been healthy! Her father is of English and German descent. Her mother's lineage is from Ireland. Her first appearance as an actor was a commercial for the Salon Surprise Barbie Doll from 2002. Ashley was then scouted at 8 years old by the Ford Modeling Agency. As of today Ashley works in the printing industry. At the age of 10 when she was 10, she realized that acting was what she wanted. Ashley performed in 35 commercials prior to transitioning to stage roles. Ashley discovered her love for acting. Ashley's attention shifted to acting. She had little time to dance or modeling. Ashley's final appearance in ABC Family Pretty Little Liars was as "Hanna Marin". Ashley was as well in Romeo Miller's video (aka Lil Romeo), as well as Solange's song"True Love. Britney Spears also appeared in an Vogue Magazine photoshoot. She is featured on the soundtrack video "That Girl" by NLT.
